Born on May 14, 1925 in Wadsworth, OH, Jeanne was the youngest of three daughters.
She was united in marriage to Walter J. Stewart, Jr. Jeanne served in the United States Navy for one-year at the end of World War II, and later owned and operated Shenandoah Sand and Gravel, and Stewarts Machine Shop, in Elkton, with her husband.
Mrs. Stewart is survived by her son, her daughter, her daughter-in-law, 3 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
Jeanne will also be forever remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Jeannette Stewart, and sons, Bruce Smith and Kurt Stewart.
A graveside service in memory of Jeanne will be held for family and friends 3PM Friday, June 16, 2017, at Edgewood Cemetery, with Carter Dean officiating.
