Frances L. Barnett, 83, formerly of Vienna, died Nov. 23, 2003, at Worthington Manor.
She was born in Curtin, W.Va., a daughter of the late Roy W. and Clara Davis. She was a member of the Vienna Baptist Church, retired from the Dils Brothers Dept. Store and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Barnett; daughter, Pamela F. Blondin; one brother; and one sister.
