Janice is survived by her devoted husband Jerry D. Moore, sons Michael Boyes, John Boyes , David Boyes, sister Diann and husband Richard Birdwell, brother John Dominick and wife Cheryl. She leaves behind grandchildren Dylan and Elaine, and many nieces and nephews. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold John and Pauline (Davenport) Dominick and niece Casey Lee Melton.
During her lifetime she loved animals, played the guitar, enjoyed macrame and loved being outdoors, especially camping, boating and fishing. She compiled genealogical records for both sides of her lineage. She moved to TN from Melrose Park, Illinois in 2004.
