Between 1870 and 1878 she married Charles L. Sedgell, son of Joseph H. & Asenath Sedgell. In 1875 her mother had married his father.
They had six children but they appear to all have been stillborn or died shortly after birth. So far I only found 3 birth/death records for them. A stillborn son Jun 14, 1879; a daughter Jun 29, 1885 - Jul 7, 1885 (listed as 5th child); a stillborn daughter Jun 27, 1887 (listed as 6th child).
Age: 33yrs 8mos (per death record)
Age: 31yrs 8mos (per census reports)
Cause of Death: Phthisis
Note:
Her death record doesn't list her place of burial but it was probably in this cemetery. There was no burial location on any of her children's death records either. There is no record that any of them were buried in Wilder or Marden Cemetery in Lancaster. There is also the chance that they were all buried on their farm, like many in those days, and those graves are lost forever. But she deserves to be remembered so I am placing her here.
