Alycia was born June 7, 1963, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Ruben B. Nieto and Elizabeth M. Rivas. She grew up and attended schools in the area. She also attended Bryman Campus in Santa Clara, California.
From 1976-1988, she was married to Patrocinio Carmona Sr. From 1997-2004, she was married to Arturo J. Cornejo. On June 29, 2010, she married Raymundo Beltran in California. She was the mother of four children: Yesenya, Patrocinio Jr., Jesus, and Elfido. Alycia and Raymundo lived in Idaho Falls.
Alycia enjoyed doing crafts and loved her family and spending time with them.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Mae Walden Nieto, Gonzales Rivas; son, Elfido Ruben Carmona; and brother, Antonio Gonzales Jr.
