Obituary for Virigina Musgrave
Virigina Ann Musgrave age 85, passed away February 3, 2011, at Clark’s Mountain Nursing Center in Piedmont, Mo. She was born January 30, 1926, to the late John Harvey Scott and the late Anita Barksdale Scott in St. Augustine, Florida. She was united in marriage to Harry C. Musgrave, Jr, on March 17, 1962, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons, Charles E. Musgrave of Piedmont and Thomas Scott Parks of St. Louis; four daughters, Judy Musgrave of Texas, Susanne C. Carnes of Savannah, Ga., Blanche M. Scott of Savannah, GA., and Barbara S. Landa of St. Louis; one brother, John Scott of Chicago; and one sister, Dorothy Scott Woody of North Carolina. She is also preceeded in death by her sister Jane Scott Waters. Virginia loved to garden and was active in AARP here in Piedmont. She also spent many hours as an active Ombudsman in Piedmont. Virginia was of the Methodist faith. Funeral service was held February 8, 2011, with the Reverend Ed Rhodes officiating. Pallbearers were Mike Landa, Albert Wills, Alex Ruegg, Charles Musgrave, Patrick Porter, Ronnie Street.
