Mary Almira Hildebrandt passed away on January 4, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mary was born October 8, 1927 in Keyes, Oklahoma, to Howard Abner and Buna Almira (McCrea) Charles.

Mary also known as “Mary Sunshine” married the love of her life, Jack Hildebrandt, September 14, 1951 Enid, Oklahoma. She was a wonderful mother.

Mary is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jack Hildebrandt; daughter, Kay Irwin and husband Michael, nephews and nieces, Terry Charles, Gary Charles, Connie Crow and family, Sue Ellen Neal Hildebrandt and family, Scott Hildebrandt and family, and Cindy Nelson and family; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, David and Linda June Hildebrandt, and Freddie and Heasuk Hildebrandt.

Mary is predeceased by her parents; daughter, Linda Laird and brother, Eldon Charles (“Red Charles”).

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2017, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service, will be held 3:00 PM, Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Memorial donations can be made in Mary’s name and honor to the Salvation Army or the Alzheimer’s Association.
