Hugh R. Moore
Beloit- Hugh R. (Ray) Moore, 74, a resident here the past 46 years, died yesterday in Beloit Hospital after a long illness.
He had been employed at Fairbanks Morse Co. prior to his retirement in 1960 and was formerly a grocery store operator.
Born in Darlington, June 17, 1894, he was married to Ada F. Lincicum Nov. 24, 1914. She died Feb. 26, 1968. He was a member of Fairbanks Morse Quarter-Century Club and the Eagles Club.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Robert Ruth, Beloit, and Mrs. Virgil Goodrich, Rockton; four grandchildren including Mrs. Dennis Ashley, Janesville; two great-grandchildren, a brother and two sisters.
Services will be at 2:30 pm tomorrow in Rosman-Uehling-Kinzer central chapel where friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight. Burial will be in Floral Lawn Cemetery.
