Jerry was born March 18, 1952 in Neosho, MO the son of Dale & Yvonne {Ratliff} Fry.
On June 26, 1971 he was united in marriage to Patty Jo Williams, who survives. Also surviving are his mother, Yvonne Fry; two daughters, Amy Patton (Jerry) of Pryor, OK and Melissa Daniel (Chett) of Neosho, MO; one son, Scott Fry (Breanna) of Cassville, MO; one brother Bill Fry of Joplin, MO and five grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his father Dale Fry and a brother-in-law, Norman Farrar.
For several years Jerry was a self-employed truck driver and recently raised beef cattle. He loved trout fishing at Roaring River and loved to travel, and spend time with his grandkids.
Jerry was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church and attended Wheaton Southern Baptist Church before his illness.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday January 24, 2018 at Newtonia IOOF Cemetery. Pastor Paul Wahlert conducted the services.
