Bill had family support during his years in Danville with Monica Allen and Mia Leverenz. Bill lived near the VA Hospital campus in Danville for the many years. His time there was the heart and soul of the life that he loved with the men and women of the U. S. Armed Services.
Bill served in the U. S. Army from 1981 to 1994 and at the VA Hospital in Danville, IL for 15 years. Serving in the U. S. Military and working with military veterans were the main highlight of his life. A celebration of his life will take place at noon on Friday January 26, 2018 at the VA Chapel and final resting place will be Danville National Cemetery Visitation will be at the VA Chapel from 10:30 until noon.
