Charles D. Hill, Jr. Is Dead
Young Son of Judge Ben Hill Passes Away After a Brief Illness

Charles D. Hill, Jr., the 4-year-old son of Judge Ben Hill, died at a private sanitarium yesterday afternoon at 5 o'clock after an illness of three days. He was a nephew of Solicitor General Charles D. Hill, for whom he was named.
Charles was the youngest son of Judge Ben Hill, of 32 East North avenue, who is a member of the court of appeals of Georgia. Quite an affection and friendship had been formed between the little boy and the members of Atlanta fire department No. 11, on North avenue, and Chief Courtney, Captain Ferrell, Fireman Little and Fireman Gillespie have been asked to act as pallbearers.
The funeral services will be conducted at the residence this afternoon at 4 o'clock and will be private. Rev. Dr. S. R. Belk, pastor of St. Mark's, will officiate. Interment will occur at Oakland cemetery.
