Marion M. Stout, 90, died Thursday, January 25,2018 at his home near Ford, Kansas.
He was born February 22,1927 in Ford County, the son of Joseph and Mary Edith (Dowling) Stout. He was a lifetime Ford County resident and was a farmer and stockman.

He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Bucklin American Legion Julius F. Troehmel Post 269 and the NRA.

On May 2,1948 he married Betty May Paxson at Ford. She preceded him in death on May 23,2006.

Survivors include: 4 sons, Gerald (Karan) Stout , Farwell, Texas; Mike (Marsha) Stout, Grand Junction, Colorado; Les (Karee) Stout, Ford, Kansas; and Joe (Rhonda) Stout , Ford, Kansas; 3 daughters, Debra (Wes) Brown, Ford, Kansas; Mary (Rick) Droste , Cimarron, Kansas; and Wendy (Chris) Demoret, Gothenburg, Nebraska; a brother, Dale Lee Stout, Florida; 3 sisters, Cleo (Earl) Kingsley; Betty Shearon and Norma Stout all of Ford, Kansas; 27 grandchildren , 40 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters, Melva Fudge and Leona Campbell.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 30,2018 with Rev. David Graves officiating and full military honors by the Bucklin American Legion and Military honors for the State of Kansas.
