Mr. Sherman Burke and Mrs. Fannie Davis Burke were blessed with the birth of a daughter on January 11, 1971 in Dooly County, Georgia. They lovingly named her, Priscilla Ann. Priscilla was a product of the Dooly County Public School System. Early in her life, she accepted Christ as her personal Savior and united with the Turkey Creek Baptist Church in Lilly, Georgia. Always a fun-loving person, Priscilla loved and valued the time she spent with her children and other family members. She enjoyed fishing, shopping and cooking. When hanging out with her friends, she also enjoyed dancing. She was just a lovely person. On Thursday, January 25, 2018 our beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend left this world. Her father, Mr. Sherman Burke, precedes her in death. Many wonderful memories will forever be cherished by her loving and devoted children, Mr. Jim Adams, Jr., Mr. Javorous Adams, and Miss Jasmine Adams all of Byromville, Georgia; her loving and devoted mother, Mrs. Fannie Davis Burke of Vienna, Georgia; her loving sisters, Ms. Elizabeth Burke, Mrs. Deborah Rawls (Willie), Ms. Sara Burke, Ms. Fraye Burke, and Ms. Tracy Burke (Ben) all of Vienna, Georgia; her beloved brothers, Mr. Sherman Burke, Mr. Will Burke (Donna), and Mr. Clifton Burke (Ewanda) all of Vienna, Georgia; her aunts and uncles, Mrs. Ida Cross of Vienna, Georgia, Mr. Lonnie Davis (Amanda) of Pinehurst, Georgia, and Mr. Wilbert Davis (Connie) of St. Petersburg, Florida, Ms. Nancy Burden of Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Mary Burke of Macon, Georgia, and Mr. Willie Burke of Americus, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends, to include her special friends, Ms. Loretta Cross of Cordele, Georgia, Ms. Mattie Lee of Montezuma, Georgia, Ms. Mary Kate Anderson of Vienna, Georgia, Ms. Marilyn Byron of Cordele, Georgia, and Mrs. Sidney Flowers of Americus, Georgia.
