Alexandra was a graduate of the registered nurse program at Butler County Community College.
She worked as an RN at Evergreen Nursing Home in Harmony for 12 years and the friendships she made there continued after her retirement.
She attended St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Lyndora.
Alexandra loved all animals, especially her three cats.
Surviving are two sons, a daughter, her six grandchildren, and her ex-husband and friend of 22 years, Dave Zulick of Butler.
Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
Funeral services will be held from the funeral home with Father Robert Oravetz, pastor of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, officiating.
Cremation will follow.
