I believe that Celia Hilliard Joiner is buried in Union Cemetery in Mitchell Co. GA. (https://www.findagrave.com/cemetery/37462/union-cemetery). Asa and Celia lived in Stewart County at least until after 1850, and then moved to Mitchell County. There is no record of them being anywhere near Columbia County. And they would not have traveled that far to bury her in 1864, especially with the war going on. The Union Cemetery in Mitchell Co. was established in 1855 and is not far from where the family lived at the time.
