A native of Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Helen Manley LaVoe. She was employed by Rothschild's department store before her retirement. The widow of Alfred C. Abrams, who died in 1966, she was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church.
She is survived by a son, Grant Abrams of Newfield; a daughter, Helen Grimm of Newport, Ky.; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
