5/27/2021 - I was notified by another contributor that Thomas McGarity's obituary indicated he was buried in Elmhurst Cemetery in Elberton, GA, not Memory Gardens in Clemson, SC, which is where the contributor who created his memorial placed it (probably because his wife is buried there, according to her obituary from 2018). Since there was no memorial in Elmhurst for Thomas McGarity, I moved the existing entry to this cemetery and transcribed his obituary for the bio section. KBG
