My highest gratitude and appreciation Aurora for sponsoring my sweet Ricky.
Please visit Aurora's Little Sweetheart Rusty.

Ricky was a very beautiful and very smart guinea pig. I remember the day when we got him, it was September 1, 2012. He would have 6 years with us, but unfortunately he will don't get them. He was bad at first, he liked to hide the salad from our other pets, he liked to push down the kitchen's garbage container, which was very small, and see if he finds something to eat, even if we alimented him very well. Of course, he didn't push the garbage container alone, he had the help of our Bunny Juliano. But after some months, or years, I don't know exactly, he started to understand us. He loved salad, tomatoes, marihuana.....am just kidding, he loved grass. He was a very rare species, he drinked water just once at a couple months, because he toked his water from the food he ate. He loved us, and we loved him. My mom and Ricky, they had like a special connection, but with all that connection, he loved kissing me, more that my mom. When we were upset, not by him, in any form that we were upset, he knew to don't say a "word". With the time, he did not get out from his plastic basin anymore. He was also the furbaby we most had with us, for almost six long years. We had mostly bad times on these 6 years, but he was our joy. In the last months, we put the basin on the upper side of a small cupboard. For his own reasons, hours before passing away, he jumped out of the basin and fell on his head. This was between 3-4AM. He felt bad on these last days, we noted it and we wanted to get him to the vet on the morning. Unfortunately, he jumped again between 5-6AM, and he passed away. Was this suicide? An animal know was that is? Maybe we will never know, but he will live on our memories for the rest of our lives.
