She was born on March 14, 1952 to the late James and Nella Ruth Brown.
She leaves to cherish her memories her four children: Angela Nance, Anthony Nance, Shannon Thomas and Demetrius Smith; ten grandchildren, including immediate grandchildren, Brittany Nance, Chantel Braxton, Dominic Smith; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
