Rev. Allen Hugh Samples, 69, of Moultrie GA, died Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at his home.
Born September 25, 1948 in Cumming Ga, he was the son of the late Annie Elizabeth Buice Samples and Bobby Winford Samples.
Mr. Samples was a United States Vietnam Army Veteran and retired from Johnstone Supply in Tallahassee as a district sales manager.
Mr. Samples was a Pastor at Victory Baptist Church and Magnolia Baptist Church and did evangelistic ministry.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Smith Samples of Moultrie, GA; son, Blake Allen Samples of Moultrie GA; step-daughter, Jennifer Waller of Cumming GA; step son, Brook Bolton of Roswell GA; one grandchild and six step-grandchildren; brothers, Wayne Samples of Cumming GA and Gary Samples of New Port TN; sister, Teresa McCutcheon of Cumming GA.
