Travis W. Minix Sr., of Fort Myers, died March 26, 2007. Travis was born in Dallas, Texas a son of Billy Travis and Wanda J. Minix, he lived in Little Rock, AK and moved to the local area in 1982. Travis coached little league, soccer, football in Fort Myers, he was an avid golfer and enjoyed competitive sports. He had his own mortgage and real estate business and more recently worked for Sell State Advantage. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church. Travis is survived by his Father Billy Travis Minix, his Mother Wanda J.(Hogan)Minix both of AK, his sons Travis W. Minix Jr., Tyler Minix, Austin Martin all of Fort Myers, his sisters Tawanna Tackett and Julie Goss and special friend Sharon Curtis of Cape Coral.
