Delmar "Smokey" Abbott, 75, of Bremerton died Sunday at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
He was born Aug. 17, 1917, in Hankinson, N.D. He moved to Kitsap County in 1941 from Paynesville, Minn.
On Sept. 13, 1976, he married Delia Espelien in Reno, Nev.
Mr. Abbott was an equipment operator for Puget Power for 32 years, retiring in 1977. He was a member of Bremerton Eagles.
