Josepha "JoAnn" Schmidt, 59, of Brighton died Thursday, July 14, at Platte Valley Medical Center, Brighton, with family members at her side. She was born Dec. 4, 1945.
Survivors are two sons, Richard of Thornton and Donald of Denver; her mother, Agnes Dreiling of Brighton; a sister, Geraldine Dechant of Arizona; and three brothers, Anthony Dreiling of Brighton, Bill Dreiling of Rifle and Randy Dreiling of Louisville.
Memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. William Catholic Church, 1042 Fulton Ave., Fort Lupton. Instead of flowers, gifts may be made to the JoAnn Schmidt Memorial Fund in care of Bostick Funeral Home, 806 Denver Ave., Fort Lupton, CO 80621.
