EDGEWOOD - Services for Zelma Lee Cory, 92, Edgewood, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home chapel, Edgewood, with the Rev. Scott Brown officiating.

Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park, Dallas.

Mrs. Cory died April 3, 2007, in Grand Saline. She was born July 15, 1914, in Alba to the late William Bruno and Agnes Botsford Taylor. She moved to Fate as a child and then to Dallas in 1929. She lived in various areas prior to returning to Dallas in 1980. She retired from bookkeeping in 1993 and moved to Edgewood. She also was a music teacher, having taught piano, organ and accordion. She was a Baptist and was preceded in death by her husband, A.K. Cory; son, Ronnie G. Smith; grandsons, Chip Pickrell and Steve Pickrell; and great-great-grandson, Tristan Pickrell.

Survivors include son, Mike Boggs, Edgewood; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
