I am sending this email so you understand my suggested edit on Augusta (Biel) Gloe-Schroeder. Augusta is my great-great-grandmother through her daughter, Catherine, and although her biological father is John Biel, he was an abusive and alcoholic German father, according to Catherine, who jumped ship to emigrate to the States. He died of alcohol poisoning in 1895 when Augusta was 12. She was then adopted and apprenticed as a tailor by Joseph and Bertha Galecki, who my family has considered her actual family forever. So that is my explanation for the edit, Joseph and Bertha adopted Augusta and I hope you understand the reasoning for them over John in the family tree. Thank you. Austin Pagels
