Stanley Jacob Mazur, 75, of Columbus Twp. died Sunday, March 4, 2018, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ypsilanti.
He was born September 2, 1942, in Detroit the son of the late Stanley and Barbara (Horsch) Mazur.

His marriage of 33 years to Betty Polfiet was February 20, 1978, in Clawson. Betty passed away August 30, 2011.
Stan was a parishioner of Holy Family Parish, Memphis.
He was employed by Ford Motor Company for 41 years, starting out at Mt. Clemens Vinyl plant and retired in 2004 out of the Chesterfield Trim plant.
Stan enjoyed farming and gardening and spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Jane Mazur of Clinton, Thomas and Tambria of Mt. Clemens and Joseph and Jennifer of Camp Verde, AZ, stepson Frank (Kathy) Pietrykowski of Columbus Twp.; 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; brother, Kevin Mazur and sister, Debra Mazur and several nieces nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Veronica and Rosie.
The family honors the memory of Stan and invite you to visit and share memories Wednesday, March 7, 2018, from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Richmond.
Rite of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Parish, Memphis, with 9:30 a.m. visiting. Fr. Joseph Malia, pastor, will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Philip Neri Cemetery, Columbus Twp.
