Services are at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Peterson-Wallin-Knox Funeral Home in Alpha. Burial is in the Alpha Cemetery. There is no visitation. Linda was born April 5, 1945, in Beardstown, to Alfred and Opal Landrith Anderson. She attended Moline schools and graduated from Rock Island High School in 1963. She married Jeff Cantrill on March 18, 1967, in Rock Island.
Linda was a homemaker and was employed as a telephone operator in her earlier years.
Linda was a wonderful baker and enjoyed puzzles and shopping at Goodwill. She loved animals, especially cats, and feeding birds and squirrels.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff; one daughter, Julie (Tim) Anderson of Alpha; one son, Darren (Jeni) Cantrill and their son, Nathan, all of Honolulu; one sister, Judy (Larry) McCormick of Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Dale.
