Following an illness of two weeks with a complication of diseases, Miss Bertha L. Anacker died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Burnett of 1305 Taylor Avenue, late yesterday. Miss Anacker was born in this city January 22, 1899, a daughter of the late Fred G. and Dorothy Anacker of this city. She had always lived in Utica and was educated in the local public schools. For several years she worked in the Horrocks-Ibbetson Plant in Whitesboro Street. She was a member of the First Evangelical Church and organizations connected therewith. She leaves three sisters: Mrs. Burnett, mentioned; Mrs. Dorothy Kreber of this city and Mrs. Esther Hoyt of Petersboro and four brothers: William, Charles and Henry Anacker of Utica and Sgt. August Anacker of Fort Sheridan, Illinois.
