Mr. Aaron "Pete" Raymond Hunter, 55, of Bellmead, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2007, in Killeen, Texas. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 8, at Bellmead Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, April 9, at the Bellmead Funeral Home, in Bellmead with the Rev. Elton Hall performing the Eulogy. Burial will be in the Waco Memorial Park and fellowship following the service will be held at the family's home.

Aaron was born in Meridian, Texas, to the late John Wesley, Sr. and Grace Oleta Hunter.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jesse Hunter and Freddie Phillips, Sr.; and sister, Dell Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Dixie; step-children, Billy Skeen and wife, Nikki, of Waco and Vanessa Skeen, of Waco; grandchildren, Marquice, Michael, Matthew, and Tristan, of Waco; sister, Nireta Oliver and husband, Richard, of Clifton; brother, John Henry Wesley, Jr. and wife, Melba, of Waco; nieces, Dr. Janis Hunter and LaKesha LaShawe Oliver, of Clifton, Cherise Wesley, of Dallas, Donna Turner, of Fort Worth, and Eva Jo White, Theresa Talton, and Stella Phillips, of Waco; nephew, Freddie "Roscoe" Phillips, Jr., of Waco; sister-in-law, Ola Mae Phillips, of Waco; and a host of cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
