He was a member of the Fidelity Lodge 51, F. & A.M., a 32nd degree Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Eugenia Wade; a daughter, Mrs. John S. Auston of Denver, Colorado; four grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. David S. Laing, Brockville, Ontario, Canada.
Private funeral services will be held. The Wagner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
