Mr. Frank William Taylor, 95, Elizabethton died Thursday, April 5, 2007 in James H. Quillen V.A. Hospital following an extended illness. A native of Elizabethton he was the son of the late Thomas and Julie Loveless Taylor. He attended True Gospel Baptist Church and he was a U.S. Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pansy C. Nave Taylor; three sisters and two brothers. Survivors include a daughter, Della Sue Richard, Calimesa, CA; two granddaughters, Ava Suzette Himes, Elizabethton and Lisa Richard, Wisconsin; two grandsons, Steven Frank Sims, Elizabethton and Craig Richard, California. Twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service for Mr. Frank William Taylor will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Monday, April 9, 2007 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home with Minister Gregory Scott Hayes officiating. Music will be under the direction of Mr. James Taylor, soloist. Graveside service and interment will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 10, 2007 in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Military honors will be accorded by the Captain Lynn H. Folsom V.F.W. #2166.
