Lady Harriet Eleanora Henley nee Peel (1803-1869), wife of Robert Henley, 2nd Baron Henley, died on the 7th of May 1869 at 8 Percival Terrace, Brighton. Her memorial is the large East window at the Church of St Peter and St Paul, Watford, which reads; "Affectionate Remembrance of Hariett, Relict of Robert, Second Lord Henley". She was interred in the church vault with her husband, with her funeral taking place on the 14th of May 1869.

The following article, announcing her death, appeared in the Nottinghamshire Guardian of Friday May 14th 1869: 
The death is announced of Harriet (Dowager) Lady Henley, widow of Robert, second Baron Henley, which occurred on Friday last at Brighton. The lamented lady, who was in her 67th year, was the youngest and last surviving daughter of Sir Robert Peel, first Baronet. She married, 1823, Robert, second Baron Henley, in the peerage of Ireland, by whom she had two sons, Lord Henley, MP for Northampton, and the Hon Rev. Robert Henley, perpetual curate of Putney, Surrey.
