Ray Clark Allen, 70, of Lock Haven, formerly of Pittsburgh, went to be with his heavenly father on Feb. 28, 2018. He was born on June 16, 1947 in Lock Haven.

He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Earl E and Lillian May Allen.

Ray was a graduate of Lock Haven High School and Lock Haven State College.

He was a former employee of Allegheny County Courts and Pennsylvania Treasury. He was a faithful member of Covenant United Methodist Church and a passionate member of the Republican Party of Clinton County.

Ray will be remembered for his engaging conversations on national, state and local political issues and elections. He will be missed by his family, friends, church family and caring neighbors Grace and George Duff and Sam Witt.

A memorial service will be held at Covenant United Methodist Church at 44 W. Main St., Lock Haven on March 24, 2018 at 11 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant United Methodist Church, or The Salvation Army, 119 E. Church St., Lock Haven, Pa. 17745.
