ALBERT G. CZECHANSKI
(1904 - 1986)

Albert Czechanski, 82, of 1804 Lincoln Street, Two Rivers, died Thursday, April 24, at the Two Rivers Community Hospital. Funeral services will be 10 am Saturday at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Rev. Greg Smith will officiate and burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.

Mr. Czechanski was born April 21, 1904 at Green Bay, son of the late Joseph and Augusta Wierchek Czechanski. As a child the family moved to Two Rivers where Mr. Czechanski attended St. Luke Parochial School and Washington High School. He was employed at Kahlenberg Brothers as a machinist for many years. Following his retirement Mr. Czechanski worked at Hamilton Industries for a few years. On October 25, 1927, he married Edith Kadow in Manitowoc. Mr Czechanski was a member of St. Luke Parish and for many years he was Recording Secretary of the Machinists Local Union No. 1181.

Survivors include his wife, Edith; two sons and daughters-in-law, Alvin and Lorraine Czechanski of Two Rivers and Robert and Marilyn Czechanski of Lakewood, Ohio; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marie and Louis Weber of Manitowoc and Elaine and John Walkner of Wauwatosa; a brother, Walter Czechanski of Two Rivers; two sisters, Mrs. Roger Wiesner of Petoskey, Michigan and Mrs. Genevieve LeClair of Two Rivers; 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Friends may call at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapel, Two Rivers, 5 pm to 8 pm this Friday evening where a memorial service will be at 7 pm.
