Johnny James Baker, 76, died Friday night, March 16, 2018, at Agape Hospice House in Columbia, S.C.

A native of Cadiz, he was born May 25, 1941, the son of the late Johnnie C. and Levi Rogers Baker. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He graduated from Cripus Attucks High School in 1959. He worked as a federal civilian employee (MEPS) before retiring and working with the Richland One School District.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Lee Wright.
