Bobby Lee Adams of Mesquite, TX, passed away November 24, 2017, at the age of 83.

Bobby is survived by his wife Helen; stepdaughter Cindy Ingram; son Michael Adams; daughter Terry McClasland; grandchildren Michael, Justin and Brittney; sisters Carolyn Thompson and Rita LeBlanc; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Florence Uptmore Bowie, stepfather Curtis "Ted" Bowie, and father Casey Nick Adams.

Bobby was born on October 24, 1934, in Waco, TX. He proudly served his country in the United States Army as an Army Specialist. Bobby developed an interest in antiques after his retirement from sales, becoming a part-time dealer at several area antique malls.

Bobby had numerous interests, including hunting, fishing, oil painting, woodworking and poker. He was also a skilled dart player with numerous trophies.

A graveside service is scheduled for Thursday, November 30, at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, with a reception to follow at Macedonia Baptist Church. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Bobby's life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the charity of your choice.
