Benjamin Howard Corbett, Huntington Road, Atlanta, Georgia, died Sunday in Atlanta after an extended illness. Graveside service tomorrow at Forrest Cemetery, Gadsden. Surviving wife, Mrs. Aulta McElrath Corbett; son William James Corbett, Atlanta; brother, Col, Frank W. Corbett, Texas; sister, Mrs. Billie Louise Rogers, Texas; half-sister, Mrs. Doris Gregg, North Carolina; grandson, William James Corbett, Jr. and other relatives. He was a native and resident of Etowah County, Alabama most of his life having resided in Atlanta for the past two years. Mr. Corbett was a member of Episcopal Church of the Holy Comforter; member of Brick Layers and Plaster's International Union; retired with 45 years service from Republic Steel Corporation as general foreman Brickmason Department. Collier-Butler Funeral Home, Gadsden, in charge of arrangements.
