CLINTON — Mr. Lorrimor Gray "L. G." Carter 78, of Boynton Beach, Fla., formerly of Clinton, died March 30, 2007 in West Palm Beach Fla.
The funeral was held at 5 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2007 at Palm Beach Memorial Park. Burial was held in Palm Beach Memorial Park Cemetery. He was preceded in death by a brother, Rodney Carter.
Mr. Carter was the son of the late Geiger and Viola Harris Carter. He was a retired auto body mechanic and a veteran of the U. S. Army having served in the Korean War.
He is survived by one son, Jerry and wife, Laura Carter of Boynton Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Judy C. Bennett of Rose Hill and Jean C. McLeod of Roseboro; one brother, Charles Baxter Carter of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews.
