Audrey M (Kelly) Beaty was born in Garrett, IN on December 29, 1932 to Harry W and Octavia (Gire) Kelley.
She married her high school sweetheart Clifford E “Gene” Beaty on November 17, 1950 in the Garrett Church of Christ. They lived in Auburn for many years before moving to Silver Lake, Angola, IN.
Audrey raised her family and then worked at DeKalb High School Cafeteria, retiring in 1987.
She loved her family, living at the lake and working in her flowers.
Survivors include her husband Gene; 3 children, Pam (Don) Sebert and Brent (Marymae) Beaty both of Auburn and Lori Lantz (Steve Riser) of Indianapolis; 3 grandchildren, Kelly (Lon) Harness and Mark Lantz both of Indianapolis and Taylor Beaty of Auburn; 1great grandson Lukas Harness; a sister Linda (Marlin) Mann of Pleasant Lake; a sister in law, Christine Kelley of Youngstown, OH and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister Isabell Lung and 3 brothers Bill, Harry and Harold Kelley.
A memorial Service will be 2 PM Saturday March 31, 2018 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, IN with Rev Tim Terrell officiating.
Burial will follow the service Saturday at Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn.
Calling is 1 hour prior to the service Saturday from 1 to 2 at the funeral home.
