Ruth Ann Jedele Sherman, 76, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away March 24, 2018. She was born July 30, 1941 to Mills and Geraldine Jedele in Washtenaw, MI.
Ruth enjoyed watching sports, especially the Chicago Cubs. She also enjoyed cross stitch, bingo, and word searches. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Robert Van Etten and wife, Tammy, Thomas Van Etten and wife, Jennifer McInturff, Lisa VanEtten and wife, Becky; grandchildren, Cameron, Candice, Bobby, and Courtney Van Etten, Jacob, Katie, Joshua, Kayla Huff, Ashley Huff and husband, Shane Tulliver, Austin Van Etten, Kylie Jones; great-grandchildren, Maddison, Dallas, and Owen VanEtten, Gunner, Weston, and Cash Huff, and Tucker Tulliver; brothrs, Doug Jedele and wife, Jan and Ron Jedele; sisters, Jan Rendel, Karen Rodgers, and Linda Scharer.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Manchester; father, Mills Jedele; brothers, Robert and David Jedele; sisters, Emagene Creger; son, Roger Van Etten; granddaughter, Kristi Van Etten.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the chapel of John M. Ireland Funeral Home Chapel, Moore, OK.
Interement to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City, OK.
Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
