Funeral services for Mrs Viola B Biddle, 79, of 806 Vandever Avenue, widow of Arthur Biddle, will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in McCrery Funeral Home, 2700 Washington Street. An invalid since having a stroke more than 11 years ago, she died yesterday at her home. The Rev D'arcy Littleton, pastor of Trinity Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call tomorrow after 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Born in Dover, she lived in Wilmington most of her life and was a member of Trinity Church for 52 years. Her husband died in 1946. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Margaret E Russell of the Vandever Avenue address; two granddaughters, Mrs Beryl R Miller, Tacoma Wash, and Mrs Beverly R Alexander of this city; a sister, Mrs Jennie M Jones of Malden, Mass; and five great grandchildren.
