ELLENSBURG Wash-(AP) — A 45-year-old Yakima building contractor was killed Tuesday when his small plane crashed into the median of Interstate 90 near Thorpe.
Officials said Eugene Nettleship's Beechcraft Bonanza crashed after the plane clipped power lines. Authorities said there was no traffic in the area when the craft plummeted onto the freeway.
