James Edward Cowan of Midland, Arkansas went home to be with our Lord, March 26, 2018. He was retired Navy of twenty-nine years, serving in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars and retired from Rheem Mfg. Company. Serving his country and being a family man meant everything to our Hero.
