Irondequoit; Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at age 95.Pre-deceased by her husband Howard, Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Frank) A. Gacioch, grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth (Matt) Decker, Joseph Howard Gacioch, Jonathan Anthony Gacioch, also Kay Maira and family.
Elizabeth was a lifelong volunteer well into her late 80's. Elizabeth, a WWII volunteer nurses aide, received the National Distinction Award for her service to NARFE, and was a volunteer for Palmyra-Macedon School District working in her grandchildren’s classrooms. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother to Pat, Frank, Mary, Joey and Jon.
Friends are invited to meet the family THURSDAY, April 5th 9:30 AM at ST. KATERI AT ST. MARGARET MARY CHURCH, 401 Rogers Parkway, Rochester, NY for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
