MURDER VICTIM~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Joey's first memorial was deleted somehow. I would like to
thank Michele Goff for noticing it's absents and for her many kind visits.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Joe was married to Terry Marcias and was the father of three children. One daughter and two sons he loved very much.
Joe worked as a auto parts specialist and was very good at his job.
When he was little he loved to watch the pink panther. He would laugh so much that everyone around him would have tears in their eyes just watching the great joy he was in.
He was a very daring little guy once trying to leap from the roof with a umbrella like his favorite super hero. Luckily only a few scrapes to show for his effort.
He liked to help his dad work on the old 1941 Pontiac coupe and asked so many questions like what does this or that do. One time while his dad was under the car Joey got in and blew the horn causing his dad to rise up and hit his head. It is no wonder Joey grew up to be a Parts Specialist.
He had many trials in his life but, he always wanted to do better and look forward to the future and what could be. It was not unusual for him to call late at night and talk with me for hours, until I would have to tell I was sleepy, he would sign off with I love you.
His ending was not what anyone expected. After work one Friday he went to the bank to cash his check only taking what he thought he would need for the upcoming week. As he was leaving he was sat upon by two people and they beat him to death for a few dollars, that he would have given them if they needed it. The police arrived while the robbers were still sitting on him. He knew life is not always fair but this he never expected. It has left the family with a large void where Joey use to be.
Many thank you's in advance to all those that take time to visit his memorial. It warms our hearts
