Theodore Nicholas Giba
Andrew Julius Giba
George M. Giba "Chief"
Loving husband and father, brother and uncle
A resident of the state for his last 10 years
He had travelled the world as a Mechanical Engineer with General Electric, from the Yucatan to the Arctic slope to Saudi Arabia.
He served his country with great pride aboard ship in the South Pacific during WWII, coming home as a Chief Boatswain's Mate, and taking time in 1944 to marry the love of his life.
Never seen without dog biscuits in his pockets, he adored his dogs, especially his beloved Rebel, and kept a watchful eye on all the neighborhood pets.
A compassionate heart, he would do anything for someone in need, friend or stranger.
He will be missed by those who tarry - but we will keep his example alive.
Preceding George in death were brothers, Ted and Augie.
