Anna Blanch Williams, 83, of Grants Pass died Monday, May 1, 2006, at Three Rivers Community Hospital.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Monday at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors. A private graveside service will be held at Granite Hill Cemetery, with Gene Mumau, pastor, officiating.

Williams was born Aug. 24, 1922, in Dodge City, Texas. She moved to Grants Pass in 1988 from San Jose, Calif.

She enjoyed her family and friends and taking care of them. She also enjoyed cooking, cleaning, taking care of her chickens, turkeys, rabbits and pets, soap operas, westerns and barbecues.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Williams of Grants Pass and Patrick Williams of Las Vegas; two sisters, Frances Lindsey of Sequim, Wash., and Polly Orr of Salinas, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
