Donald E. Little, 66, passed away March 6, 2018, in Augusta, Maine.

Don was born and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts, attending Lynn Public Schools. He served proudly in the Marine Corps and received an honorable discharge. He moved to Sanford, Maine in 1984, were he worked for the Town of Sanford Transportation Department until he received the position of Animal Control Officer for the Town of Sanford. Helping and saving animals was Don's passion in life. He was a huge advocate for the Kennebunk Animal Welfare Society, including those who worked there.

Don's biggest enjoyment in life was music, especially listening to The Beatles and playing his many guitars. He also enjoyed walking his two dogs, Mama and Louie, at Roger's Pond and the beaches of Kennebunk.

Don is predeceased by his parents, David and Dorothy (White) Little, two brothers, David Little and John Little and two sisters, Dorothy McCular and Anna Little.
