Amy Jo Carman, 43, of Midland, died early Wednesday morning, March 28, 2018 at MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland. She was born April 28, 1974 in Midland, daughter of Earl Carman and Beverley Linton. Amy attended Bullock Creek Schools. She was homemaker most of her life and loved taking care of her family and friends. Amy had a passion for music, helping anyone she could, and her dogs. She enjoyed coloring, stripping wire, deer spotting, mud bogging, University of Michigan football, Detroit Tigers baseball, and wrestling. Amy loved to just spend time with her family, especially her son and grandchildren.

Surviving is her son Tyler (Vanessa) Carman; grandchildren Cheyenne and Carson; mother Beverley (Larry) Linton; father Earl (Karen) Carman; brother Kevin (Michelle) Carman; step-brother Ben (Danyelle) Linton; step-sisters Patti (Matt) Marko and Chrissy Linton; nephew and son Joey Morgan, and many nieces and nephews. Amy was preceded in death by her brother Earl Carman Jr; grandparents Helen Carman, Erma Thomas, and Gordon (Mildred) Hoyt; and aunt Kathy Raines.

Funeral services for Amy will take place 2 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2018 from the Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Chapel, 1200 West Wheeler Street with Pastor Matt Place officiating. Burial and committal services will follow in Lee Township Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 12 p.m. until the time of service.
