Candace Ann Calhoun, 32, of Chiloquin, Ore., was granted her angel wings on March 2, 2015. Candace was born July 6, 1982, in Mesa, Ariz., to Tina Calhoun and Casey Calhoun. She moved to Chiloquin to be closer to her Uncle Ted and Aunt Carolyn. From then on, Chiloquin was her home. Candace worked for many years at the Family Food Center, where she became a member of the family. She had a bright smile and friendly personality. She delighted in teasing and joking with the customers. Candace enjoyed spending time with her family, watching scary movies and shopping. She had a vast collection of dolphins. She was a proud mother who was dedicated to her children. They were her top priority. Candace's life was cut short, but in that time she had touched many hearts by her kindness. Candace is survived by her two beautiful daughters Alicia and Temperance Calhoun, mother Tina, father Casey, brother Kyle, sisters Sara and Jesica and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Special acknowledgment to her Aunty Carolyn Rubidoux, Uncle Danny Horner, Uncle Eddie and Aunt Liz Horner. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2015, in Chiloquin Christian Center in Chiloquin. Burial will follow at Fort Klamath Cemetery and lunch will be served back at the church.
